What is home care ?
What is home care ?
Sometimes we reach a point in life where we need a little help and support with our day to day tasks.
Home care will enable you to retain your independence whilst you continue to live in your own home by providing practical, personal and live in care services..
Having a little bit of support can really make a difference to your life, particularly if you have been feeling under the weather, have just returned home from a stay in hospital or just helping you enjoy your home and the community you have live in. Let us take the stress and worry from you..
It is up to you how and when you want us to help you. You can choose as much or as little as you like, from half an hour to 24 hour visits. Your support workers will visit at times agreed with you, to fit in with your lifestyle and needs, after all it is about you....

What we offer
What we offer
Safe Support Workers
All Support Workers are thoroughly vetted, including a DBS (police check) and trained prior to commencing work so as to ensure your personal safety and that of your home is always our priority.
Consistency and Support Worker Matching
We understand that accepting help can be difficult especially when it comes to personal care. Part of our ethos is to ensure that you only receive a handful of Support Workers who will be familiar with you and your personal preferences after all, we all have different ways of doing things. This way, should your regular Support Worker be ill or on holiday, you continue to receive consistent support from someone you already know and trust.
We understand it is also important to you to receive support from someone you feel comfortable with. During your first meeting along with discussing with you the care and support you want, we will ask what you want from your carer, this may include shared interests, a Support Worker of a certain gender or age. This helps us to match the right person to you.
Assurance
We believe it is important to you to understand we have robust Quality Assurance processes in place. Through regular, auditing, reviews, quality surveys and monitoring we can ensure the services we provide to you are of a high quality.
We are regularly inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and North Yorkshire County Council (NYCC) to ensure we are providing the quality of service we have promised to deliver.
These process help to keep you safe while enabling us to look at areas to develop.
